ABOUT THE EVENT

Co-organized by Sino-Danish Center (SDC), Danish Chamber of Commerce in China (DCCC), Danish-Chinese Business Forum (DCBF) and Innovation Center Denmark (ICDK), the event this year will explore the latest trends, shifts, and innovative approaches to succeed in an ever-evolving business landscape and will equip the attendees with the insights and tools needed to stay competitive, adaptive, and future-focused in China’s fast-paced economy.

 

WHO SHOULD PARTICIPATE?

The event is targeted at managers from Danish, international, and Chinese companies, as well as academics and junior researchers interested in engaging with industrial partners. The event is also open to SDC students, and students from all programs are welcome to register and attend.

 

PARTICIPATION FEE AND PRACTICALITIES

The event will take place in English. Participation is free of charge. Registration is required before November 18th.

PRACTICALITIES

Date and Venue

The event will be held on November 28-29 at the Sino-Danish Center, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Yanqihu Campus, located at:

  • Yanqihu East Road 1, Huairou District, Beijing, China 101408

Event Kick-off

We will start on November 28 at 10:00 with registrations. Please arrive in good time to get yourself settled.

 

Campus Entry

Remember to bring your passport/ID for checking in at the campus gate (if requested). Please also download and/or print the campus entrance pass, as you may be asked to present it at the gate.

 

If you are coming by car, please also contact yhqin@ucas.ac.cn to arrange a parking spot on campus.

 

Accommodation

If you requested accommodation pre-booking at any of the event hotels, it has been arranged on your behalf for the requested period of stay. Please note that participants are responsible for covering their own accommodation expenses.

For certain participants, alternative arrangements have been made, and details will be communicated directly to the individuals concerned.

 

Refreshments and Meals

Light refreshments, lunch, and dinner will be provided during the CID. We are especially excited to announce that dinner on November 28 will take place at the iconic Sunrise Kempinski Hotel.
